Just Bought an '06 Berlina, what can I do to make it look nice?

Hey Guys,
cut a long story short, someone T-Boned my wife in our VZ Wagon, complete write off, so I just bought an '06 Berlina sedan.Not the colour i wanted (light blue) but I had no choice at the time...I needed a car & it was a good price...So I wanna put dual twin exhaust on it..how do I do that with out spending a shit load? So it looks like an SSV....And was thinking of rims and lowering....only things is I dont wanna lower too much as my mate has an SSV with 20" and lowered bigtime & its a rough ride..i have strict instructions from the wife to keep the ride as nice as possible....was thinking 19"...what are your thoughts??...Twin double exhaust is a must, it looks mean!...I think I will have to replace the bumper though as well because I dont think it has the cut out for the tips...is that correct? would appreciate all your input....

i dont know about having to cut the bumpers to fit it.. but one thing i can tell you to do is de-badge it. makes it look twice as fat from behind...

when it comes to the exhaust do what i did, buy a stock hsv cat back exhaust and fit it on. you will need some brackets etc. look on holmart and they have the info there. you can simply cut the rear diffuser to fit the twin exhaust or buy a diffuser that is designed for twin exhaust. replacing your rear bar will cost allot. you can buy a berlina rear diffuser for twin tips that will fit directly where your current diffuser is.

buy a diffuser for a G8 (u dont need a new bumper or too modify it - maybe just the difusser a bit), available through holden, buy a 2nd hand ssv/hsv dual exhaust and fit it yourself. my wife has sv6 with 20s, lowered a bit and handles fine, depends on how much u lower it. get some nice dark tint too.

thought the berlina has twin tips. like the Calais does. if not you would have to changed the bumper to Calais bumper because ur tailights . if u wanted to dress the front up you could drop a SV6 bumper with the fog lights.. your wiring should hook right up to it. i have 20" supersports on mine. happy with ride. and dropping it 1" only. driven my friends SV6 same as mine with 20" and lowered a 1" ride is fine not hard.. change the Arial on car to maybe a stubby or shark fin. tint your windows.. you could drop the Calais headlights think there projectors lights not sure. but this will dress it up more. there is heaps you can do. have a look in the show off your ride. on the cars will give you some ideas. i removed my rear badges except the boot one. my sv6 comes up looking great now. holmart has a online site and you can order holden parts from them good on price. bought heaps from these guys. you could dress up the inside with leather. have put up some photos from blackmans leather. there doing the same to my sv6 looking forward to leather in the car. but will have it in black and blue trim.. costs about $2000. but looks great.

what are you getting for $2000, leather wise, the same as in the photos. I wouldnt mind getting my console lid done in a black leather.

I'm pretty sure the calais defusser will fit on berlina rear bar. I have a 07 berlina have tinted windows as dark as possible back window darker, debadged boot ( lion and berlina), lowered all round on ultras.

But check lion badge coz I'm sure 06 has holes or locating lumps behind it
