The front bar will fit up no problems.
You will need to the chrome bonnet extension bit that goes between the bonnet and the grill.
Or you could use one from a HSV, and have that colour coded as well.

I dont know how much wiring is required for the Spot/Fog Lamps though.

Painting can be anything from $200, through to $500, depending on the condition of the bar, and who does the work for you.

    Cheers

Sorry, meant to say you will need the bonnet lip extension, as the grill for the Calais is bigger than other models.

This page shows whats involved with removing the front bar. (Actually shows a calais bar being removed)

Is the bonnet lip extension a necessity to fit the Calais front bar or does the grille and bar swap straight over and the grille just bigger than the others?

The grill is bigger, but it doesnt sit flush at the top where it meets the bonnet like on other models.
(I.E. the grill is recessed a bit at the top so as the chrome lip sits over it)....

So if you fit the calais bumper with grill on a car without the extension, you would have a gap there which ??? might ??? look a bit silly.
