Default Ssv tail lights on calais

    Hey guys
I went on eBay to buy ssv tail lights that are kinda black and it said I can't pit them on my Calais.
Can anybody tell me why and if I can change that?

You can fit them however there will be a gap between the bottom of the light and your bumper cover. You will need to get a new bumper cover to suit the SSV light.

    Yep, reaper is right.
The Calais / Berlina Lights are larger (Higher) than the Omega/SV6/SS/SS-V Tail lights, because they have the reflector built in to them.

Which means you will need a bumper from an Omega / sv6 / ss / ss-v to fit the lights.

    Just get Calais V taillights

ssv lights will not fit properly without bumper change as already mentioned...

They're the same on Calais and Calais V. Berlina are the same size but different - the cheaper look, like SS/SV6 tail lights look cheaper to SSV ones.

Don't know why you'd want to change the Calais/CalaisV rear end - it's nicer than the SV6/SS/SSV imo.
