You didnt give a year but this is for 2007 and I assume it would be the same for other years.

This is the sequence for tightening the bolts:

    5 1 4 8
    6 2 3 7

Tighten the M11 cylinder head to cylinder block retaining bolts a first pass in sequence to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

Back off the M11 cylinder head to cylinder block retaining bolts 120 degrees .

Tighten the M11 cylinder head to cylinder block retaining bolts a second pass in sequence to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

Tighten the M11 cylinder head to cylinder block retaining bolts a third pass in sequence an additional 150 degrees .

Install the 2 front M8 left cylinder head to cylinder block retaining bolts (9, 10).

Tighten the M8 cylinder head to cylinder block retaining bolts (9, 10) a first pass to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

Tighten the M8 cylinder head to cylinder block retaining bolts (9, 10) a second pass in sequence an additional 60 degrees
    Silver Certified.

Thanks Ricey, thats exactly what I needed, very useful. cheers....
But now I have another problem.... engine starts very good but on minimal speed it starts shaking, and sounds like air enters the motor and engine light turns on.
    However acelerates ok.
any tips or ideas whats causing the above.
    thanks.

Vacuum leak? Make sure all the lines are on properly and no splits/cracks.

The U shaped hose from the throttle to the manifold is prone to going brittle and splitting..

Timing is out, or skipped a tooth, so it advances, retards timing, fkn it all up with the valves, scavenging, pinging and is a real bastard
