    Default VE Sterring wheel swap

I want to purchase a new HSV GTS steering wheel that I want to put on my 2011 Series II SSV. My question is the wheel I am looking at has the mute button
rather than the NAV button and was wondering if I can take the buttons from the newer SSV steering wheel, and apply them to the older GTS wheel??
    Any advice is appreciated

The GTS wheels are thicker with a flat bottom. A much better feel for sure. I had one in a VE GTS and don't like the thinner one in the new SSV

buttons and airbag can be swapped over....i put my holden logo airbag on it as well, would look kinda wanky with a HSV airbag in a non hsv :P (plus it was gonna cost me extra money for the the airbag)

here is my old wheel pulled apart, and the HSV buttons

Can u move the steering wheel over a spline or to If u need to? The reason I ask this is because I am a mechanic n did my own a wheel alignment, we have a wanky machine and sometimes its a fraction off on the front toe, Its straight and doesn't pull but the right hand is down a touch, could I remove air bag and steering wheel, and put it a spline rotated to the direction needed?
