Anyone use there sunglass holder?

Hey All,

It seems every time I put something in my sunglass holder (normally sunglasses ) it rattles like crap.
Are there any solutions to this? Or better uses for the holder?

I use mine. No rattles (thank god... probably jinxed that now though!)

I used to shove my expense account receipts in there with the old VE's but no sunglass holder in the e3 so i shove them in the glovebox

use mine all the time mate, never heard it rattle....

i've got the cleaning cloth/silky case thing in there though, duno if that helps stop any rattles

^^^ yeah mine is lined... what's to rattle? The lining is soft.

Ok well it is not a constant rattle, but it is most annoying when the stereo is up. It gives a very annoying backing to dubstep lol

i cant overcome the rattle when the subs punch.... i have dynamatting and sponges in all the gaps she still rattles..... its the only spot!!! its ok when you get a mate to push on it lol.... then you can enjoy the rattleless bass

Use it all the time. It is my sunglasses home when it is dark Lol. Have had no prob with rattling either, heavy base or not.

All the time - can't say I've ever had a rattle though... Only thing I've ever put in my sunglass holder... are my sunglasses.

I have both a sunroof and a sunglasses holder. Having one doesn't mean you cant have the other. Unless you installed it yourself with a can opener. Those holders are a great place to stash your coke. No rattles in mine but then again I dont play rubber dub dub.

Mine only rattles if I have my sunglasses in there + bass turned up, otherwise no issues.

Go check out the current factory sunroof champ. There is a big rotary switch where the sunglass holder flip down bit used to reside.

I too picked up on that comment... maybe he means coka-cola mini cans? Because that's the only form of legal coke that's going to fit in there .
