cost wise (besides the thousands in labour and parts) you'll need to get it all engineered and documented properly for insurance and registration purposes. then, because the car has been modified in such a manner some insurance companies wont like it.
long story short, there's a reason people dont do it.... it's not worth it, not by a long shot.
sell your omega, get an sv6 manual, and as a 'freebie' you'll get a body kit and a much more reliable (and onsellable later comparing to chopping up an omega) car.
