Default A little fun a Maryland (USA) international raceway.

I need a stall convertor and tires with better stick than the Conti DWS.

    • UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.

    • OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear.

    • HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.

    • TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

    I have:
    VCM OTR CAI
Kooks 1 7/8 Headers, midlength with Cats.
Vector Motor Sports (VMS) stage 1.5 AFM-delete cam and head kit.
    VMS ported OEM intake.
Custom x-pipe mid-pipe and GXP mufflers.

It dynoed at 438 rwhp / 416 rwtq. The cam is .223/231 .607/.618 116 LSA. The L92 heads were CNCed by Mast Motorsports, use LS3 valves and beehive springs. Shifts are at 6500 with the limiter set at about 6700. Tuned by Steve Williams (Tunedbyfrost.com). Gears are stock at 2.92 and race weight (with me) was 4295 pounds. The 20" all-season tires did not help the 60' much.
Next mods are a ported FAST 102 intake, ported OE TB and a Camaro SS 3.27 diff.

Should have realised you were posting from the states, apart from VCM most of the other brands I've never heard of before haha. Nice ride though, is that FAST intake the same as the FAST MANIFOLD? Lots of people over on ls1.com.au from what I've read think it's a waste of time, maybe have a search on there?

And cheers Hunter SS, I'm not super familiar with the L98 haha

The cam is made by Comp Cams. The FAST intake is not much help on lightly modified motors. My FAST is being ported to match my ported heads and should help top flow and torque.

Pretty typical for my mods. On 18s or 19s and DRs it would have been even better and even more typical/
