I have SuperPro mounts with Boge bearings - very happy with them. In reality, urethane is urethane - pretty much. I'm just a fan of SuperPro.

Was more meaning that the difference between superpro and nolathane would be negligeable... but you're right.

And yep... replacing what breaks with what will work now. No more OE for me!

OK thanx for your help will get some prices on the superpro bushes now. 1 more did you do the bearings as well? would say its gonna be a cheap part and expensive labor going by pictures.

Definitely worth doing the bearings at the same time. Speak to Greg from GSL Rallysport for a price shipped to you. He's a sponsor on this site.

For labour, from memory, it worked out to about an hour's work a side - so base your costing on that - ish.
