VE exhaust sensor

Hey,
im thinking about taking the cats off my ve ute and making straight through pipes there, the problem i run into is that there are sensors on the cats do i have to bolt them sensors back in to my straight pipes or can i leave them off ??

i no it is ilegal to take the cats out but i see if i have to ill put them back on after a while.

O2 sensors, need then in. Or you'll get a engine fault code. In saying that you might get one anyway with out cats

hahah, ok i have come to my senses, i got my ute up on the hoist and decided i wont take the cats out, but instead im cutting out the resinators,
my mate has a 2010 sidi model sedan, on his the resinator is like in a muffler box where mine look like a hot dog why would this be ??

Dude just buy an exhaust. even just a cheap cat back set up would be better then hacking around your stock one.

haha yeah true, i have a set of redbacks rear mufflers in the mail atm should be here on wednesday. just experimentin and muckin about. seeing what things do. haha
