Air flow stuck on my feet

Hey there i have a 2008 Omega and my airflow is stuck on my feet and wont move to the dash or windscreen, air-con works heater doesn't, i have checked all relays and fuses at a loss need help

engine running and put it to window demist and hold the recirculate button for 10 second and the light on recirculate will flash, it will reset the vent

If that doesn't work, there could be an issue with your HVAC module - particularly if it starts out normally and switches over at about 30 seconds in. Usually fixed by resetting the module with a tech 2.

Just to clarify, engine doesnt need to be running just IGN on and it can be in any mode to reset all the actuators.
