Cant Get The Plug Out Of Headlighs

This could be a stupid question but Ive got some new headlights for my omega because mine were smashed. Ive got to the point where all I have to do to get them off is take the plugs out, no matter how hard I try and rip it out it wont budge? Am I mising something?

Yep, pull the little red plastic plug upwards to disengage the connector.
Took me a while to work that one out too.

Scroll down close to the bottom of the page, it shows you the wiring connector, with the red plug thingy pulled upwards..
