    Default After Part Number for MY12 Commodore

    Hey guys

    Just wondering if anyone has the part number of the new My12 front grill for a SV6/SS/SSV with the chrome surrounding also for the lower air dam?

    I have asked my local dealer but no dice however they stated with the correct part number they can order it

    Just wondering if anyone has a MY12 Commodore if theyt could reply to the post with the part number

    mate just go to carsales get the vin number of a my12 ssv and ring the dills back and tell them what you want. there not the sharpest tools in the shed in dealership spares.

    If they couldn't give you the correct P/N then they need a new parts manager! Go try another dealer.

    Hi tried my local dealer for this too. They said its not listed in their parts database yet and to try next month as it should be in soon.
    I guess that makes sense since its only just come out.

    So how would they order the parts for a damaged car? Or do they tell their customers to come back in a month to pick up the car when we get some part numbers!!!! Lol

    Lets face it, being such a minor part it makes sense that it may not be in the system, or that dealerships won't yet have stock.

    I used to work at a European Car Dealership, and when the performance arm of that manufacturer brought out their new engine, no oil filters were released to Australia. We had lots of customers bringing their cars in for a service, but we couldn't complete the service as we had no oil filters.
    If and when someone has an accident and needs those parts replaced, they will probably have to wait for them...
