Question 2011 SV6 Bluetooth - 'Command Not Supported'?

    Hi folks,

I have recently started seeing 'Command Not Supported' intermittently when streaming music from my iphone using bluetooth and using the steering-wheel scroll to skip tracks/etc. Also seeing it when hitting the next track button on the touch-screen 'IQ' console.
This specifically started happening since I started using iOS5 5 with a new iPhone 4S. I previously had a 3GS and there was no issues with scrolling.
As above, the 'Command Not Supported' appears intermittently when scrolling with the steering-wheel track scroll, every second or third track.

Is anyone else receiving this error? Is there any way to update the vehicle console software/firmware? Or does this happen with each service? Is it a bluetooth issue? Or is it the console potentially not recognising the new apple software?

Apologies if any of these are newbie questions.....Appreciate your help though!!

    Cheers

Yep, having the exact same issue as well. Started happening after updating my iPhone 4 to OS5. It only happens for me when I try to use the scroll wheel to go between songs quickly. If I allow 4-5 seconds between scrolling to the next song it doesn't happen. Hoping there is a simple fix !

Yeah exact same problem on mine with OS5 5 seconds of 'Command not supported' inbetween using the button.. Bloody frustrating!

Same here, after upgrading to OS 5 on the iphone. If you scroll slowly its fine.

Same for me, Just wasn't sure if it was the I phone update or the IQ update as i did them both a day apart. Did not do it before

Its definately the Iphone update that causes this. I updated mine a month ago and the very next day when i got into my car, command not supported started appearing.

Guess we'll have to wait for a new IOS and see if sysptoms still persist. If they do then im heading to holden for a fix on it.

    Cheers

No, it's the IQ in the car causing it as it isn't up to date with the Apple software.

It presents itself after updating the iPhone, but it's not the OS of the phone that causes it.

Sorry thats what i actually meant that the IQ system doesnt recognise the new update.

So does holden provide any IQ updates?

Anyone tried installing the Ipod iterface which lets you watch movies and all? Was thinking of getting it.

Need to see pictures once installed

Do you have anymore info, I've not heard of this before but would be interested.
