Rear Rims

So after my 4 week holdiay, i get back to this. my rear rims, seem to have some sort of residue on them it looks asif someone has got a spray can !! i have no idea what it is and cant get it off!
any help would be greatful

looks like a black spray can in the first one from someone spraying something else next to your wheel, the second pic looks like they just sprayed that section of the rim lol, hopefully it can scrub up alright mate!

I used to have trouble with any tyre shine that got on my rims and then caught brake dust?

^^^ if you use a spray on tyre dressing, try spraying it onto a foam applicator and wiping the product on. You'll likely use less product and won't have the issue of overspray on your wheels.

just before i went on holidays i put tire shine on!!! im guessing that is the problem lets hope the polish cleans it up

It's probably cat piss....nasty stuff
