Car is turning over, spark plugs are good, battery charged and car does not want to start, any solutions??? And yes there is fuel, sounds like starter motor but not sure
How did you come to the conclusion that it's starter motor if it's turning over? How's the battery voltage?

Silver Certified.
Need more info!!!
More info required.... but from what you've said above:
It's unlikely that's is a starter motor problem because the car is turning over.
How do you "know" spark plugs are good? Did you change/check them recently? You 100% sure you put things together the way you should have? (Correct spark plug type, gap, wire them back up correctly in right order)
Battery is charged, but how old is it? Again, unlikely that its battery because you are getting the engine to turn over.
What exactly happens when you turn key? Does it kick a little, or not at all?
When was the car last started? Yesterday, last month, last year?
Did you happen to take the PCM/ECU out or unplug it? Did you disconnect the battery?
