I use an ABT510 bluetooth unit that I bought from WES compopnents in my work Omega. It works quite well. http://wesnews.wescomponents.com/wesnews/WN269ABT.pdf I'm not sure the link will work, as you may need secure access to the website, but it's basically a small battery powered unit that plugs directly into any front panel aux plug (3.5mm audio plug). It's not fully automatic, but all you need to do when you want to make or receive a call is to select the aux input on your radio. It also comes with a mounting unit to remote mount it away from the radio if you want to. At less than $50, it's a good option.
