Where is the suede? My Calais-V is normal leather and plastic... Do they come with different types of leather?

I haven't seen the calais with this trim but it won't actually be suede. It will be either micro-suede or ultrasuede (alcantara). Both are quite forgiving - do regular maintenance cleaning to keep from needing to scrub, which can matte the fibres down - most interior shampoos or weak-diluted APC will be fine. Spray onto a microfibre cloth or microfibre applicator and work it gently into the fabric, but try not to soak the suede. Use a soft brush while it's still damp to lift the fibres back up.

I know that some calais variants were fitted with some kind of micro-suede and going by holden's other budgetary limits on trim, I'd say it's likely not alcantara - but HSV have used it, so not impossible. Either way, the suggested info will work fine - just take your time and don't be too aggressive with it.
