Lights advice ssv

I want to replace my standard SSV low beam bulbs so they are nice white light instead of yellowish - I don't want to install HID and don't really need better light - just the colour

There are threads about this but none really arrive at a view just lots of talk about Hid

can anyone recommend a straight swap over for stock bulbs?

Phillips do a good bulb dude there not cheap but should be what your after. I had them in my VT. Haven't touched the VE's yet.

I have changed all my bulbs to the "white glow" look

All bulbs are great quality, got them on eBay from Hong Kong. they are still pricey but worth every penny.

I will post some pics with them on, i have replaced all interior bulbs too, LED looks great on the inside

Phillips Xtreme Power were nice and white without any blue.

The last "white" lights I bought cost me about $130, the HID's I have in my ss cost me $90 and absolutely shit on them.

I got phillips crystal vision globes in the stato but only in the high beam as i cant get my fat hand into the position required to swap out the low beams yet :P

Installed the Philips crystal vision h7 in low beams came with matching parkers - look great - will see about longevity
