I am led to believe only a Holden Dealer or someone with a TEC 2 can do this and then its just a matter of turning off via the ECU with the Tec2. So depends on wat dealers charge but I would be thinking 80 to 100 dollars just for the plug in and off just like error codes.
No dealer will turn it off for you. Go to any tuner and they can turn it off without touching anything in the tune. Should cost around $100

Afm is a waste why drive them pistons up and down if there not making power? Get it turned off that way you can have an exhaustand no delay when giving it a hiding. But the previous comment is right Holden WILL NOT turn it off. My neighbor tried, go to a tuner and get it turned off walkinshaw might even do it.
