E3 front bumper on a Series II

Will a E3 front bumper fit a series 2, without changing the headlights and bonnet?

Err...the headlights are all the same size & dimension across the ve range, main difference is that the HSV's have projector headlights.

To the op you will need to change over the bonnet aswell.
