Get someone to sit in the back and isolate the source of the noise.

Check that all the seals are in place around the door and windows.

A door misaligned enough to cause wind noise would be obvious so probably not that.

I had that once in my front door and it turned out the touch-free car wash was blowing the door seal out of whack just a little during the wash, once I realised I would just push it hard until I hear a click and the noise was gone each time.

have the same issue (though obviously not with a rear door)... Passenger side whistles from 60-100km/h. Never on the driver's side. That one's got me beat. Seals are fine, doors are aligned (and have been checked on two separate occasions), no loose trim - not quite sure what is left. it's catching somewhere.

Not that I can tell. Everything is clipped on tight. Only gap is the gap between the door and the trim - which has obviously always been there - but the wind hasn't always caught - Just can't find what's changed.

Wind your window down about 1cm till the air can flow freely through without a huge rush.

This will tell you if it's window seal related or not
