    Default Rim Repair

    hey guys,

    just wanting to know of some good repairers in the brisbane area to repair a buckled rim, its not bad only dropped a couple of psi at the moment but im wantin to get it fixed asap. also ive heard of depulu and wondering what peoples opinions are of them? you gotta love queensland pot holes the size of craters.

    oh and by the way if it matters they are 20" verde kaos if that matters. anyone know the rough price too would be great thnx.

    Are you sure it isnt a hairline crack ?

    Hey depulu are not a bad mob to deal with. have used the a few times now. prices range and depends what needs to happen. Hope that helps.

    i cant be positive but there is a slight dent in the rim where it hit, which has opened it up from the tyre a little more which is where its leaking im guessing. it had only dropped about 3 psi over the last 18hrs roughly.

    Depulu are the guys to speak to up there from what I've heard as well. I think Bonners went through them with his wheels also.

    Compare the repair to replacing the wheel.

    exs car was in an accident, by the time the gouging on the rim was filled, repaired and resprayed, it cost the insurance company over $700. Wheels were over $1000 genuine Subaru, so it was a worthwhile repair

    I hvent called depulu yet, but have called wheel revolution on moss st. Without seeing it they said roughly $120 to fix. Which I'm going to get done. But down the track I'll buy another and use the repaired one as a spare. Purely cause it is not going to be as strong.
