Tried pulling upward with screwdriver, but looks like the silver strip will snap. Looks like there's a plastic plate that hooks under the window switches... So how can I take it out??? Also the window controls has been pushed down. The car is SV6
To get to the switches, you need to pry up the centre trim - the plastic trim around the buttons is one piece from the cup holder to the front of the shifter, just clips in. Start from the rear and work your way forwards. You should be able to just clip the switches back in, assuming no clips are broken. I think the cup holder is screwed in from under that trim piece, from memory.
edit. There are two screws to the rear of the cup holder also, under the little trim piece between the cup holder and the storage bin. That trim piece is just clipped in also.

Ok thanks bro, i did think that the plastic strip there may come off but i didnt want to pull at shit unless i knew. so i just pull that little plastic cover upward with screwdriver and cloth?
i assume once the cup holder is out, the switches will be easier to pop in.
Also, say the switch clips are snapped, what is the window switch control piece worth??

If it's just the switches you need to refit, you don't need to remove the cup holders. Just that one long, black plastic trim piece that the switches are attached to. It is just clipped in. Just pry the rear section up and work your way forwards. To refit, you just line it up and push the clips back in. The switches will lift up with the trim piece, so don't just rip it out - there's not a heap of play in the wiring, but enough to not worry you if you use a bit of caution. Reach under the trim piece and unclip the wires from the switches (windows, mirrors and stability control switches are clipped to the trim piece directly) then you can take the trim piece, with switches attached, away completely to better see what's going on with the switch bodies.
No idea what they're worth though mate. If it's cactus, give your local holden parts store a call - but more likely than not, it's just dropped out of place.
