That looks cool.. I like the shape of the windows etc and the new handles look good...

    VE SS

Looks like a normal boot on it... too neat a seal around the top of the rear window.

Looks real. Everywhere else the cover is just like a skin over the top, not padded up like they were previously.

Also.. can't be an SS since it doesn't have quad exhaust... but it does have the 6L flutes, maybe an SV8?

Look around the window it has the chrome like the calais and the berlinas used to have perhaps a v8 calais who know.
A few other observations in the third photo the front wheels seems to be pushed right out to the front of the car minimal overhang.
The front end seems to look very much like a commodore.
And i doubt it would be a sports model due to there being no rear wing.
    Just a few thoughts.

Didnt it say on Drive or something that the flutes do not necessarily mean its a V8...Perhaps an SV6?

That's the setup I'm backing as being a turbo Calais. Front guard flutes, twin zorst. That's my opinion anyway. We allready know the stocker doesn't run the flutes and that the V8 runs quad rear pipes. Also looks like the car in finished in every detail, can't be far from being released

All cars have problems on initial release, especially when its something this brand new. But it will still be the greatest commodore yet.

These photos make it look quite good i think that it will be yet another car that will grow on ppl the more they see it.
Lets not try to dwell on the fact that it will have new problems lets remember it is all new and the way cars are going it will be better commodore than ever before.

Still some carry overs IMO from the VY-VZ body-- rear view mirrors look similar, bottom boot lip too and c pillar still clings closely to current range.

Some nice new touches though - front A pillar line to front wing looks stylish, flared arches, panel fit looks tight (doors, petrol filler). Rear bonded screen looks pretty flush too.

Unfortuently for the white man the extra 10 points upstairs gets you a higher ranking at Holden than the extra inch downstairs, so he's allways going to be more likely to be driving a pre production car

Its not an SV8 as they have been discontinued (two SS models now, regular and luxury).
The V8's get dual exhausts and the SS gets Quad tail pipes.
This has a single exhaust, no spoiler, low spec narrow wheels.

Its the base model V6 (Omega).

    Still looks good though.

I am doubting this is a holden, in all of the years commodores have been around the exhaust has been on the left hand side...now its on the right side? What gives?

Can only guess that now the fuel tank is placed more forward that it doesnt matter which side the exhaust comes out from....

Havent you been looking at anything to do with the VE? All the models have an exhaust out both the left AND right rear side....With the V8 having the quad exhaust and the V6 having just the dual exhaust....
