I had a flash tune done by a local and I got worried about warranty so I went walkinshaw. Just had harmonic balancer replaced. DON'T MAFLESS TUNE unless u don't care about driveline warranty then it's good but 43k car why blow warranty for 10HP.. Do a MAF tune with headers exhaust and OTR I have pacemaker headers though Not walkinshaw ones. They supplied VCM OTR and fitted and tuned everything on dyna pack. Made 341HP At the wheels with the maf in place.

ey guys. dont mean to threadjack but say for example you had a White 07 VE SS which was out of warranty, would you still go the walky pack or would there be something of the same price/cheaper that could provide similar/better results? im in Geelong but willing to go to Melbourne if I had too..

Without a doubt you could go cheaper and get the same results.

Yea mate big Jim is right walkinshaw is for new vehicles and for a bit of wank factor too (which I like lol!!) but yea do research though don't remote tune either get a proper tune with someone who actually spends time with the car. People will argue against me on that but would you let someone operate on you via a rObot? I think not. You want the actual person to operate.

sweet thanks for the advice, could anyone recommend a mob that do similar packs in the Geelong/Melbourne area? or would i be best to source all the components myself then get them fitted and tuned somewhere?
