Please anyone with correct information inform me when hsv is going to unleash the full power and torque of the new engine?? im sick of hearing how close the bloody fords are to the 317 engined cars. and also sick of hearing bout how much better the F6 is than the v8's Hsv should have landed the killer blow with the new engine but it seems they have missed the opportunity to put fpv in its place

mate like all holden engines these are detuned at factory arnt they? its like the ls1/2. when they get an exhaust and tune there a different car

Who cares about the badge on the back of the car mate.

Its about time we saw some dyno figures that match the claimed power outputs HSV puts on the badges. If I was going to a dyno comp, i'd take a stock FPV GT or F6 over a GTS or R8 any day. But if I was going to the track, it'd be a different story

it's well known the boss is a topend charger, but no real torque where you need it. (every day driving)
the f6 is a total package, with the torque from go to whoa. but any engine with forced indution will do that.

to me the hsv is a package that anybody can do some seriuos track time and still go shopping, take the kid's to school. without haveing to do mod's to it.(a driver's car)
