Interior light bulb replacement?

Can access the rear interior light bulb OK, but not sure how to get to the front interior light bulb without damaging anything. (VE SS sedan). Anyone here know the trick? Owners manual describes how to replace rear one, but says to take it to the dealer to replace front one. With the sunnys holder lowered down, you can see two plastic clips one each side of the frame. I tried moving these, but didn't seem to do much... wasn't game to force them. Any help appreciated.

Someone on another forum let me know how to do it. (but NOT described in my manual)... about a 20 second job now I know how. Thats why I didn't "take it to the dealer" thank you very much.

What about the high mount brake light cover in the back of the car? That also says take it to the dealer.
