VE SSV Headlights Inadequate

I have VE SSV. I love the car but have found that on the open road, the Headlights don't appear to be strong enough. Low Beam appears "average", and High Beam is poor for long stretches of road. I am comparing them to my previous car which was a BA Falcon. Has anyone had similar problems? Does anyone know a solution please?

I buy whatever works. None of this religious loyalty/fanboy crap. The fords I owned prior to this did work

Do what I did, get yaself a pair of high beam globes, stick them in the low beam globe spot, did that with the VZ SS lights I had in my VZ SV6, being projector lenses they won't blind oncoming traffic and you get decent light all for under 150bucks. Umm I just thinking are VE ones different setup wise?

You really aren't a muscle car fan at all are you??? probably didn't like the stripes on the orgional monaros either did you??? Probably don't even get into the new camaro either!!

Let's face it... if your budget permitted (or should I say... the company noavated lease), you would be driving a A8 Audio, a 540i Bee-mer, or an E55 Merc.

The rest of us are all here because we live, breathe and love the General.


Go buy your Ford.... God knows they need another sale for their "brand new model" that looks almost identical to the 10 year old one it replaced.

hahah gold, im pretty sure tom wouldnt have a regular Merc, but an AMG ahaha.

I have to agree, the Senator has been nothing but a dog, its in the workshop weekly and the tyres take 12 months to get!! Id be considering a Ford too if mine was having so many issues
