Default Black Omega with Old School Wheels.

I put some chrome dress rings and wheel nut covers on my standard omega wheels in an attempt to stay with the nice comfy ride and make it look a bit tougher than it does with the standard wheel trims.Just thought I would post some pics so others could see what they look like...It was a cheap exercise at about $100 bucks.
Certainly not as flash as the SSV or supersport mags that I fancy.. I will look at updating once I am more cashed up... and make sure I can find a big wheel/suspension package that still has a nice ride.

    Cheers

for $100 bucks thats awesome, you just need to get a different body kit on it I reckon, plenty of VE front bumpers on ebay.

Save faster for those rims you want man lol. Get them ASAP and get rid of things that are on your Omega where the rims should be.

I think it looks a little to old school for the car. 22s fit straight on the ve's i think. They kinda look out of place with 20s cause they are such a big car.

I think they would look better if they were interceptor silver, with centre caps but thats me.

Nope they dont fit straight on, 22's are massive.

20's are what most people with VE's get, mine are, anything more is overkill unless you wanna spend the $$

    Default its new school now

I have just picked up good set of SSV 19's..so the old school look is gone..the car looks great..but as I suspected..the nice cushy ride I got from the 16's is gone..the ride is still acceptable..but I will be looking to find the best riding shortened stuts/shocks to smooth things out a bit.. as the car is lowered but looks like it has the standard shocks (done before I got it)
I will put a pic up soon.

    cheers.

    Default Better.

Looks better now..and the ride is better than I thought it would be with the 19's and being lowered.

Should get some white walls to continue the old school theme, they look good on SSV rims seen here on a Calais

glad you asked I just got mine done through Instant White Walls, talk to Troy on 0414 544 317 and it cost $120 for 1 line on all 4 tyres or $200 for 2 lines like I got, check my thread for the pics
