Anything the doesn't dust up as much won't stop as good (as a general rule).
There are better ones than the Holden OEM pads though but don't expect to avoid brake dust and stop as good as you currently do. My solution to the problem was semi matte black rims...![]()
I think probably the only exception to that is QFM.
I heard last week that there's a HSV dealer here in Adelaide using QFM instead of what the HSV's use due to the amount complaints they have had. Given I have had them on 2 cars previously I have been very happy with them.
Whether this is infact true I am yet to find out but will be mentioning it to them, then again for the sake of cleaning them is it really worth it?
On the rim front lol that's gold, can't get a much simpler solution that's for sure.
Darren, you should give EBC Greenstuffs a go, not much dust and brilliant stopping power.

Well a long time coming but car is booked in for the exhaust tomorrow morning, going the 3" KPM cat back for the time being, looking at another investment property so couldn't splurge out all at one timePriorities right
Got the extractors but that means getting the cats done as well, tuning and OTR shortly after c/o Enhanced Auto.
Sweet as car mate, just needs to be lowered a little.
Well a few updates, 3" KPM Exhaust has been on for a while, OTR and tuning supplied by MACE Engineering in the past few weeks and the extractors / cats went on today.
The end result
Videos from the dyno will come over the next few weeks, this is a different beast all together now.
