2011 SV6 Series 2

Just picked her up before easter. It's a big step up from my Swift :P

Got rear park assist, camera, tint, alloy pedals, weathershields(coming), boot lip protector, floor mats and boot organiser in the deal.

Planning on getting a leather gear knob, maybe the leather console armrest, SSV tail lights. Oh, but first things first....gotta replace these speakers. They're shit!

I don't know a great deal about the series ll so please excuse my ignorance..is the front bar re-shaped from the series?? l..looks great..

Pics were taken with my Canon 550d dslr.

I believe the series 2 has a different shaped front bar. It's subtle, to me, but I never paid attention to commodores prior to this purchase.

yes they are a different, even the headlights are slighly different if i remember correctly. so u cant fit series 1 headlights in them, good way for them to make extra money if u want SSV headlights too lol

ahh i have only seen the different bootlids on the omega's... i guess the spoiler hides it hey

Such subtle differences. I wonder why they even bothered.... The only thing I notice is the front, which I reckon is an improvement.
Oh and call it wank, but I like having the Series II badge

hahaha.. yeah its pretty subtle - but looks sensational on dark colours without the big spoiler. Not saying I don't like the spoiler - but that boot lid does look good in voodoo without it.

But whoever thought those big round vents in the centre front would be a good idea should be taken out the back of the factory and shot! The ONLY thing that spoils a good Series 2 and the ONLY reason I wouldn't buy one.
