    Default Sway's 2010 SSV Sedan "H4Z4RD"

    MODEL- 2010 VE SSV Sedan
    OWNER- Sway
    GEARBOX- 6 speed Manual
    COLOUR- Hazard Yellow
    WHEELS- 20" DTM Konkave
    BRAKES- Standard
    EXTERIOR- Bee sting aerial
    INTERIOR- Standard SSV
MODS- Lowered on King springs, XForce 2.5 inch catback, SS Inductions CAI, tune.
    POWER- ?

    Hey Guys,

Thought I'd post up a few pics of my new baby. There was a bit of a snafu with the OTR CAI, they ended up installing the wrong thing altogether, sorting that out at the moment.

These are just a few pics I took today with my point & shoot. I'm getting a photographer mate of mine to take some proper pics pretty soon, will post them when done.

My opinions having now driven this thing for the last not even 24 hours? I'm in love. Comfortable, sounds fantastic, handles really well for such a large car. Couldn't be happier really!

FUTURE MODS- The sky is the limit really, cam, supercharger, twin turbo, blah blah, haven't quite decided yet. I think I'll get used to the current car before I go tuning it through the roof. Also gonna be spraying my holden badges black. Hope you guys like it!

Sure does! Probably could have gone a little lower, but I think there's a point where it's TOO low. I think it's low enough to have a tough stance, not too low as to have to slow to 1kph to get over a speed hump.

    Thanks mate.

Yeah to be completely honest the wheels were not my 1st pick. The reason I've ended up sticking with them is I've never seen any other car with them, whereas there are a few wheels that are on every 2nd Commodore you see. So I eventually may change them, but at the moment I do like them enough to keep them on until I see something I really like.

Looks good mate - already been said but your springs will settle so may drop slightly more. Loving that yellow!

Looks great! Watch out though, you could loose the car in those parking lines! Who knew holden based Hazzard on car-park yellow! Mine camouflages in perfectly with the green level at Mac Centre - I park there to be stealthy

I really like the wheels. Like you said, something different. But I do have some weird kind of DTM fixation - I like all their wheels.

WOW!!! Can't wait to see it in person, its as though you have ordered it with everything I would :P

Tinny, I know what you mean about the DTM fixation - I was really keen on the DTM Shine wheels when I had my VE but just never got around to it...

oh btw, get headers and cats, before cam and supercharger :P

as far as cams/superchargers etc go, im no expert so i could be wrong, those mods require a 3" system (someone feel free to correct me)

anyways, cross that bridge when u get to it

so maybe a baby cam would be the limit? (obviously depending on what he is putting out atm)

edit: its a manual so it would be somewhere around or over the 270 mark (depending on what type of dyno) already??? so maybe anything more would push it over?

    Hey Guys,

Yeah I plan on eventually upgrading the exhaust anyways. My 2.5 Xforce will do me for the time being, sounds fine, just drones!

Will be looking at Difilippo or KPM 3" at some stage.

Okay, pics of my wheels apparently do no justice to how they actually look, I've received like 5 random comments on them from complete strangers.

The latest was a tanker truckie tonight when I went to 7/11 to grab some ciggies. It's such an awesome feeling to have some random person comment on your car like that.

    License plate update...

Also going to be investing in a 3 inch VCM, KPM or Difillipo catback soon. Haven't decided which one yet there are limited sound files I've found of the VCM stuff, the KPM & Difillipo stuff seem to sound the best. Whatever it is I want no drone whatsoever, my Xforce is killing me...

Gonna do my wheels black very soon also.

KPM for sure!!! The best system around. But get a full system... Headers, cats, catback and tune! Also, get rid of that SS REDUCTIONS intake. Get a Dus OTR!!!

    Sweet ride mate!

Oh, and a yellow (hazard) lion on the front intake would look good imo.

Love the plates. I would actually be inclined to leave the wheels as they are - they look mint! Maybe some other black accents through the car though to break up the yellow. But I am a big fan of those wheels as they are.

My recommendation is a full system with Pacemaker 1 & 7/8 HPC with a full 3 inch Manta exhaust and high flow cats. Also a VCM Otr is awesome and you can install that yourself. I always getting asked what exhaust system i have as it sound awesome and does not drone at 100km in 6 gear as well.
