    Looks great champ! That colour has aged a lot better than I thought it would, nice pickup. I'm guessing you're the man behind Memphis Car Audio?

    Was a huge fan of the VT, so will be following this keenly!

    Ah righto then. You've got enough sound deadening there to line a small cruise liner! Should sound ace once its all done mate

    Sorry about the lack of updates!
    Progress so far;

    Sub boxes fully designed and built, both 15" qvc wired up (hmm 8 guage speaker wiring nothing new ) the front doors have started to be glassed getting ready for the 6.5 and 8 inch drivers. rears doors finished with the 6.5" synchronous speakers. most of boot/rear seats fully sound deadened. Onto my fourth box of stinger roadkill, hopefully the last box. c300 glassed in the front coint compartment. i have also made a computer mount on the centro console for the touchscreen computer that will be running the alpine sound manager. the h800 processor has been wired mostly just trying to find a wiring diagram off the stock h/u so i can wire the rcas. if you can help let me know i think thats about it, hopefully it will be ready for the next round of bass battle

    it's a spray on butyl body deadened. What they use on the bottom of most cars, I used it mainly as a rust inhibitor and to seal the foam

    I hope you also sikaflexed between the boot skin & braces as much as you could. The foam wont stop the skin from seperating from the frame.

    Cheers

    No i didn't, but was planning to. The expandafoam i used is very strong. ALLOT stronger than i thought, i actually started to build dash of it, it was so strong that it held my standing weight (100kg) it did not separate from the metal backing that it was applied to. Although a slightly different scenario, i believe it will be fine. this subs are not firing into the boot either.

    Cheers bud,Haha yeh, there only for input from the standard h/u. I might make something decent later on but for $1500 and alplines flagship processor which they one bundled with I would assume they would be decent enough for now.

    I don't know a whole heap about Gen TT Kits mate, but i've heard nothing but terrible things. Bugger all power gain, heard they are a huge waste of money. Seen one in a VZ Clubby, was nothing breath taking at all. I'd chuck a few big ass Garrett turbo's in but thats just my opinion.
