The fascia is $700, not Holden's stock ugly ass silver stereo. It's black anyway. Also the little screen up the top doesn't work anymore.

I seen your ipod thing at the top. That is some ####in genius work you have done with your stereo, you must have some tech savvy to make your own stereo out of Holden's AWFUL silver stock unit.
I don't know what is wrong with my car, My friend drained the oil and replaced the filter and now it wont start at all! It turns over like it is going to start but just wont actually start and if I give it the foot and it does kick over it sounds AWFUL and the engine sounds like it is going to blow up.

id leave the bonnet the way it is. usually id think its a tosser thing, but i actually rate it on ur car. it flows with that car. already mentioned i didnt like the heater control unit, looks terrible but i understand thats the only unit on the market so u make do.
you got a nice VE pal, with some different style of mods. keep up bein orginal.
Add a set a SS side skirts to ^^^^ that and it will look tops, something about this colour car just looks sick.

Well the car is officially off the road for good. They replaced the timing chains and cylinder 6 is not firing properly and they want $2500 for the work they already have done and another $5000 to take the heads off and replace the valves. I am wasting the last of my money having the car repaired and towed back here, I am going to take the stereo out and rims off and sell the car as is with all the work I have done, headlights and what not and the body to a wreckers or something. Shame to throw dispose of my car.
what u needa do is get a v8 kframe and drop a dirty big 6l in it

I am selling the car for parts as a whole not seperate, I am going to leave the stereo in it, rims on it. The buyer can have everything except the ipod in the console and calais06's front bar hahaha.

Yeah figures lol. I had to pay 1250 for a new computer. the car was playing up that time. they did one test which was 250 or so. That wasnt it and they did another test to say its the computer. I said at the time I didn't have the money I'll pick the car up and they said Its worse then when I took it there. Anyway in the end luckly they did cergety. Intrest free loan. altho they make there little money on set up fee's. But yeh I did that. Since then have'nt had a problem, touch wood.
Computer wise I had no choice but to take it to them. Did'nt no where else to go. What you looking for $ wise ?

they want $2500 for replacing the timing chains and another $5000 to take the heads off, machine them and replace bent valves. I lodged complaint with office of fair trading and spoke to a solicitor. The timing chains in the ve are ####ed before June 07, come out stock with 7mm chains but need to be 9mm chains, the damage is all caused by their shitty chains and I'm not paying for a fault from factory. I'm requesting work done for free or new engine fitted. I wanted them to keep that one and I get a new ve but solicitor said a bit out of the question. They said what I am asking for is fair and happy to take my case but I have to wait until office of fair trading complaint is unresolved or no outcome can be reached. At that time office of fair trading step out and legal steps in.

7500 seems bloody steep. Like said you can get a whole NEW engine for that. sounds like there old tricks in trying to make money out of ppl. if ya can get them to replace then that would also be better lol.

The WHOLE car, I want to sell it as a whole for like $5000 and someone can strip it down and use it for parts if something has gone on their car. I am sure the parts on undamaged and the mods are more than worth that. I only want someone's front bar out of the car and the dvd player I paid for not even 24 hours earlier.

my 08 ve sv6 ute when i had it had to get the time chain replaced cuz it was stretched to shit house n i only had 60,000ks on the clock was fcuked but luckly it was all under warrenty i hope that they solve it an replace it all for free be a shame for u to sell the car after all those mods an money spent on it
