SSV G8 Wagon

Hi all

Here is my SSV G8 wagon. I've had it for a year now and still loving it. It's been lowered and sitting on 20" HSV pentagons. Suspension needs some work. Was thinking of Monroe Sports GT. Has anyone fitted this on a lowered VE wagon before?

The G8 front end is gorgeous mate, They look so much better than commodore. I cant help you with your suspension but i can tell you your car is sick.
Just swing by a tyre shop one day and they'll give you the low down on what you will need

Oh and i ment to tell you that i have monroe sports in my monaro. i did the same as you, had my car lowered and later put good shocks in. I couldn't really notice the difference to tell you the truth. But i don't know about VEs

Car looks great. I like the G8 front. I got mine lowered using H&R springs and Bilstein shocks. one word... AWESOME!!

What's up with the back window? Looks like there is something on it in the OP.
Funny how some of you like the G8 front end better than the Commodore. I think the Commodore front end it leaps and bounds better than than the G8.

it's a window sock to eliminate the sunlight and heat transfer..mainly for kids. It goes around the door frame so if you put the window down, it still lets the air though and blocks out the sun. so it's great for kids.

I think the G8 front looks more aggressive compared to the standard one. If the standard front had a bonnet with scoops/vents, I think that will make a big difference too.

I initially got the badge on the grille painted black and that looked much better. But now, I have put a W427 kit with a bonnet with vents. Its a more aggressive look for the car which I like.
