Here is a pic of mine. Prieviously had 22s but hated the ride and scrubbing. Went back to 20s, drives a million times better.

Hi Guys,
Relatively new to the forums and thought I'd post a couple of pics up of the new addition that arrived on Saturday!
Keeping the engine stock (for now!) and just doing some slight exterior mods as shown in the shots.
2006 Passion Red VE Calais V
51000kms second owner.
Fully optioned - except for sunroof :-(
Tan leather interior.
Mods I've done so far:
20" Versus Luxury Rims,
Kings SL Springs,
Monroe Shortened Gas Shocks Front and Rear.
Last thing I'll be doing is some dark window tinting.
I am very chuffed with this car!! :-)

No mate, not staggered. 245s all round on 8.5 inch wheels. Its a daily driver with the kids in it all the time so I wanted it all street legal. Staggered on the rear with 9.5 inch can be defectedOriginally Posted by ss_ute_boi

Yes, but I have an SS which runs 8 inch wide stock on the rear. In NSW you cant go over 1 inch wider without engineering and even then if the track is increased by over 25mm it cant be engineered at all = DEFECT!
Makes no difference what HSV are running, different car!

My 08 SSV lowered black ssv wheels removed wing welded the hole and resprayed the boot myself removed the badges except for the guard ones apart from that standard
Cammed & Eventualy Blown!
Heres my 08 VE SSV ute, atm ive got a kpm 3" catback a vcm otr, pedders coilovers and a hardlid
Ordering headers and cats today then next month will be going in for a malfess tune, then ill be looking at getting some good 20" wheels
