Hi y'all,
I'm a newbie so I thought I'd share with you lot. I can't see many of us VE'ers about yet?!?
I've only had it since Oct 2006. It's a VE SV6:
- Ignition Orange
- Matte Black track stripes
- Black leather interior
- 6sp manual
- 1200kg tow bar
- Sunroof
Go the "red Team"!!!![]()
wow....
you even got a the racing stripes
i love the look of the SV6.. its similar to the SS IMO without the 45k price tag
Hey cool looking car - the Red n black is a top choice.
White 05 V6 VZ Executive - Thrashed Ex Telstra car
and 3 Dangerous non ABS VN's
Thanks for the welcome guys!I'm with you lordhsv. Although the price tag with all the options was still around the $47k mark, but I still wanted the SV6 over the V8 option (at this stage anyhoo) Maybe after this one I might venture into the 6L category.
While the track stripes might be a little over the top for some, I think they add a whole new look to the car. Heaps tougher IMO. But hey, they're not everybodies cup of tea I guess.![]()
got any plans for it (ones that holden wont fuss over)
like cat back , CAI, etc?
ah k
many people would say lower it a bit etc
nice colour combo btw
^^^^yep!...i think it needs to be sacked a 3" all around. would loook so much bettter!!!!! nice VE btw mate

Yeh ild love a VE, get her dumped... I havent seen a VE dumped yet? only seen chops
Good lookin' car Bob.......have always liked the red in Commodores, cam very close to picking up a SV6 myself but opted for a Calais instead............
I still swoon over the 'body kit' though whenever I see one.
Enjoy your ride, and Welcome to the VE fan club.
Rogues
Lookin very nice mate, the stripes look great in person on the ones i've seen, especially in your colour
nice looking car dude.
3" will have it just about on the bumpstops
the VE is different to the previous VT-VZ as they dont have alot of room in the suspension...anything more than 50mm lowered from FE2 and its near enough to bump stops....good way of ruining all the handling improvements Holden made and turning it into a go cart..
30mm is enough to look good and be practical
well here you go mate...a guy on another forum with his calaisV..
22" wheels and DUMPED
That brand new ve is gonna drive like my vt in 6 months, I wouldnt drop a new car. The dudes rims look nice though
nice ride mate im a happy ve owner my ssv still puts a smile on my dile when i drive it Vu Ss And Ve Ss-v
RAPTOR CHARGED 330RWKW VU SS UTE IF IT DOSNT BLOW IT SUCKS
...... i'm in love.
Nice ride, I've got a SV-6 myself....... Red Hot and LOVING it!
Jeff
i think he meant that u shouldnt drop a new car that much just cause it will bounce around, possibly damage stuff..but anyway as u said, this is all about Drbob...
man im a huge huge fan of the racing stripes on the VE, gives it a real futuristic muscle car look imo, top work on the choice
nice SV6 looks good with the SS stripes

Thanks for the comments guys 'n gals.I must say, I'm loving the VE more and more each day. Probably a little too much loving...she's already done 10,000kms and needs new rear tyres soon.
