    Default Phantom Clubsport LS3

    Here's my new ride .

    LS3 A6

    Tint happening next monday.

Not keen on the rear spoiler( can't see much out the back) so i reckon that will be coming off in the future and maybe a Senator spoiler fitted instead.

I suppose i could move my head

Went out for cruise today and picked up a screw or nail in the left rear, didn't even know it was flat until a guy at the traffic lights told me.

When i pumped it up at the servo the sidewall was bulging in places like golf balls were hiding in there.

Looks like i'm up for a new tyre or a new pair of rears being as i was quoted around $800 for one tyre .

Can pick up new Kumho Ecstas for just over $320 ea , but have to wait until monday or tuesday to get them.

That is one sweet ride mate. 18 months and I will have my own (p plater laws). Looking for rims like that for my sv6. That has got to be the best colour out at the moment.
    Have fun with her.

Had my new catback exhaust installed today and a tune to go with it plus some air box mods.

Was originally going for an otrcai but the LS3 autos have the trans oil cooler right where the intake would sit, it was going to be a pita to try and move it elsewhere.

Done a dyno run before the tune and exhaust and had a measly 215rwkw.

After the exhaust tune and airbox mods it was a respectable 246rwkw.

Great work with the upgrade how does she sound now ?

Also those results are quite dissapointing before the tune, that equates to
280 FWKW's not the 317 you should have had...

and now with 246RWKW that equates to 319 FWKW.......

did they tune it to 98 octane also ?

Sounds terrific now and totally different to drive.

Just goes to show how much power the auto sucks up.

The intake is basically stock with just an extra hole cut in the bottom of the lower housing and some cut off the snorkel, still uses the stock filter.

    Yes its tuned for 98.

    Nice looking car!

I'm interested in getting one of those shorter aerials. What was it like to fit? Easy enough? HTF do you get the original one off?

Yeah ok, I first thought he replaced the whole thing including the base - that's why I was wondering how he took it off. I've since realised it's just the actual aerial that gets replaced.
