All it needs now is a yellow sticker. The rear tail lights are illegal for a start. Aus veh standards req the tail lights to be seen at 80 degs from the vehicle. Your's are only veiwed from the rear. And the window tint is illegal as well, it needs to be one colour and nil reflective

Remember don't shoot the messager, just telling it from a police officer's perspective.

yeah I knew about the windows but not about the lights whats the penalty for the windows just a deffect or more servere than that? I asked the question in the ask a copper II thread but it never got answered

As a follow up to what I said earlyer in this thread I ended up getting the knife mark in my front bar fixed and just picked it up today and the effect I was going for turned out awesome heres the pics

I'd love to but since its an 06 model it has 2 pins in the boot lion badge so if you take it off your left with 2 holes its only on the early models though, the later ones have no holes so you can take them off so thats the reason I put a smaller VY/VZ badge on the back instead, I dont think I've put a pic up of it yet

oh yeah oops sorry I get so many people asking me about where to get the viser and chrome srtip and stuff from I loose track of who's asked what, yeah another holden part it was fitted as an accesory when I bought it.

So to help other people reading this thread and want to know where to get stuff from the viser, chrome number plate strip, track stripes and boot lip spoiler are all holden parts that you can get from any holden dealer spare parts department

well picked my car up today after getting 3.7 diff gears fitted and even after only driving it from the diff place to work and home again afterwards I'm already in love, it feels so much more responsive and I can use 6th more now I used to only really use it from about 90kms onwards now I can use it from 80kms where you do most of your driving on main rds and still have some poke where before if I tryed to use 6th at 80 the revs where only like 1050 where now its about 1300

its a mod I wish I'd done alot earlyer than now and one I'd highly recomend to anyone with a manual VE

well they charged me $1500 to install which I thought was ok since they sell the complete diff for that price but thats without installation
