ITEM: 1992 Volvo Station Wagon 240GLE. Recently Recon 3spd automatic, Good motor (2l I think, not sure)

LOCATION: Queensland, southern brisbane

YEAR: 1992

BADGE: 240GLE

ENGINE: 2L inline four, not sure if it's two litre, pretty sure though.

TRANSMISSION: 3speed floor shift auto.

COLOUR: Light Blue

EXTERIOR CONDITION: Good condition

INTERIOR CONDITION: OK, centre console broken, few trims missing, but otherwise Very good.

TYRE CONDITION: Not sure on % but quite good.

ODOMETER: Somewhere over 200k, odometer no longer works.

SERVICE HISTORY: Service history available up until 100 xxxks, after that we serviced it ourself since dads a mechanic.

REGO OF CAR: No longer registered, expired 3/2009.

REGO TILL: Expired

PLATES INCLUDED: no

RWC: Does not come with one

Ok this was mums daily driver for quite a few years however she bought a toyota camry last september and the car has been sitting since then. Mum's moved out so I am selling it on her behalf.

It's stock as a rock, a good service would be needed since it has been sitting for over 6 months, but it still starts and drives fine.

As said above its a inline four with a 3speed automatic, good on fuel and a very safe car built like a tank. Cam and Crankshaft seals were changed last year.

The centre console is smashed, the trim around the drivers door handle on the inside is missing, the odometer doesn't work, the black strip of plastic on the drivers side passenger door is missing.

Would suit a cheap daily or a project for air bagging have had a few people look at it for this but they are all dreamers.

I'm selling it this cheap because I need it gone ASAP as I need cash.
