Worked 5.7 litre Tigs Mica VT SS
Gday Guys,
I think its time to sell my beloved VT SS. Its time to start thinking about getting some property organised, so to get a bit of a head start im going to have to downgrade. Over the past 12+ months this car has been a pleasure, it has never broken down and is as tough as nail. I have changed the oil in it every 5000km since owning it and it has been serviced by GM Motorsport, who are probably one of Australias best LSX workshops every 10,000km. Over this time i have also fixed just aboout everything that commonly goes wrong with an ls1. This includes :rear main seal, cam sensor o ring, rockercover gasket and waterpump. As well as all that i have focused on improving the cars perforamce dramatically. I purchaces this car 100% stock apart from a set of GENUINE VY GTS wheels. Also the last owner had the trans recoed so its only about 30,000km old. Since purchace the car has recieved the following modifications:
GMM Cam, Valve springs and pushrods package including GMM Cold air intake+tune ($3700+Intake)
Difillipo 1 7/8 Extractors ($1200 + fitting)
Difillipo twin 2.5" catback ($700 + Fitting)
Dominator 3500 rpm highstall ($600 + reco + install + tune + trans cooler)
3.7:1 Diff gears ($400 plus install)
Ls6 manifold + 78MM SS inductions Tb ($500+Install)
Lowered on SL King Springs
VX taillights + vx calais garnish
2 Alpine type R Subs + splits + amps
New head unit

With slicks, and stock suspension this car is capable of a high 11 second pass and an easy low 12.
The car currently has 185,000Km on it but has been babied its whole life. The previous owner swears he never even took it over the 120kmph mark.
Im looking for around 16,500 with stereo 15500 without. Any questions do not hesitate to ask. cheers.
id probably let this go for 15K, very quick car if anyones interested in cheap power.

put out 253 rwkws on GMM dyno. pretty decent figure for an auto. goes much harder then the dyno sugests though.

253rwkws, will eaisly run a low 12 second pass, maybe even an 11 with a slightly bigger high stall.
4-4500 grand swapped with a vx commodore, fully stock, 160 xxx kms runs beautiful and cheap
