Engine is the original, late 1981 built 308 blue motor with 173000k's on the clock. Motor has been looked over by
3 mechanics and all have given it a clean bill of health. Awesome condition, blows no smoke,idles perfectly.
It has been intentionally kept somewhat stock with only mods being headers and exhaust system. Heads have also been done to accommodate unleaded fuel.

Transmission has been converted from trimatic to period Aussie 4 speed manual. Shifts like it should and feels great.

Comes with 5 original VH SLE wheels, Max Ellery's workshop manual,owners manual,rare VH SLE sales brochure,VH Accessories brochure and rare 308 V8 engine brochure.

I have put a lot of time and money($14000 inc car) into the SLE with a lot of items replaced or reconditioned. You can call for all the details. I drive it occasionally to keep things circulated/lubricated and started regularly for the same reason. Kept under car cover in the garage and serviced/cleaned whenever required.

Like I said, a lot of money has been invested into this classic and I'm asking $11000 negotiable so throw out some offers.
I'd also like to say that the only swap i'm willing to do is with either a VC or VK Brock lookalike of some sort.
