1991 yamaha yz125 dirt / trail bike

ITEM: Up for auction is my unfinished project a “1991 Yamaha YZ125 Dirt bike”. I bought the bike complete in December 2009 with the intention of stripping it down and re-building it from the bottom up. The bike ran mechanically A1 with no problems what so ever and had just had a top end re-build completed. Sadly I simply do not have the time to finish it and I have a little baby on the way which I could use the money for. My loss is your very big gain!

The bike is currently disassembled but everything you need to put it back together is there. The bike pictured in the main picture is what I was planning to make this one look like.

The bike has had the following work done and comes with the following:

* Frame and rear shock spring sandblasted and double powder coated in RED
* Swing arm, Rims and Engine Mounts have been polished (LOOKS FANTASTIC)
* Forks have been serviced by Westside Motorcycles which included new Fork Seals, Collars and Oil

So as you can see, no expense has been spared!!! There is a whole heap of goodies and everything you need to put the bike back together looking and going like brand new is here. All of the original nuts and bolts are all there. The only things you will need to complete the bike is:

* Front & Rear Spoke Set
* Front Brake Disc Rotor
* Seat Cover (Topline Upholstery in Seymour can make the seat cover exactly like the one pictured in the main photo)
* Elbow Grease, a bit of time and patience

The only things that aren’t pictured are the head stem and rims because I forgot to photograph them but they do come with the bike!

Perfect for someone who is mechanically minded who would like to own a classic bike like no other! The ’91 YZ125 is one of my favourite bikes which is why I chose to do this one. They have an old school look and go great. These bikes are becoming very rare nowadays.
