OTHER INFO: Reason for sale is that I recently crashed the car. As mentioned above the car has front end damage but someone with some panel beating knowledge could straighten out the rails and quarters (very lightly damaged), throw a bonnet front bar n grill onto her and she would be as good as new. Either that or use the car for parts. I have spent an estimated $5000 on her since i bought her about 30,000 kms ago. The car came pretty much stock with a CAI (no longer on the car), cat-back exhaust (i think) and the roof lining re-done (still immaculate). It has the nicest interior i have seen in a VN calais which is all still in great condition. Since having the car, this is what has been done: lowered on king springs rear and lovells front, shortened shocks (unsure of brand but can find receipt and check), at the same time i got the strut tops done and an adjustable panhard rod thrown in (so she's been properly lowered to a neat height [see pics] - no expense spared), the stereo has also been done which is made up of alpine all round - ipod and usb compatible head unit, 6x9s and 6 coax in the doors (modded to have VP door pods), i also did the aerial at the same time as it wasnt working, replaced diff centre with a reco'd LSD (still like a virgin), i did throw some vt calais internationals on her which can be seen in the pics of her before accident but they are no longer available as i have already sold them. That's all i can think of right now but as i remember i will add. mechanically the car is A1, i am a very picky owner and fixed anything that came up. as above im looking for $2500 ono - i want to sell it as a whole car but if i dont get a reasonable price i will wreck it.

hey mate interested if ya have had a quote on what exzactly is bent and hit and an estimated price on the repair ?
was quoted $1500 - $2000 including respray of panels etc. the front rails will need to be bent back as well as the front 'bar'. if you are or know a panel beater i think you could get off pretty light. i actually had her booked in to be fixed and on the date she was booked in for the panel beater seemed to have gone on holidays. waited a week and still no sign, gates locked, no phone answer, etc. so that pissed me off enough to just buy something else. if your located nearby pm me for mobile number and i can organise a look?
yeah im from sunshine. the car drives and everything all elects work? do you have panels for the car just to drive it back ?
yeh everythings running just fine, will start first turn of the key. front quarters are only very lightly damaged but i dont have front bar or bonnet. you would probly be better off just throwing it on a trailer.

Is the k-frame or any of the suspension damaged at all? I want tge engine for a vk conversion n my mate likes the interior etc.
the radiator is slightly damaged, thermo fan pushed it in a little. can upload pics if you like?
k-frame and suspension are fine, would be perfect for a conversion an the interior is prime..!

you could throw it on a hire trailer mate. it still runs so getting it off and on is no problem. I'm in geelong 1 hour SSW of Melbourne. will pm you my mobile number.
