OTHER INFO: Selling due to buying another car. Where I am staying there is already 5 cars and I cant bring a 6th, as it is 3 already park on the road and have been told I cant bring it here until I sell this one.

I have done a lot of work on this car and would love to keep it but sadly I cant have 2 cars at this time.

Its a Series 1 motor, that means the torque kicks in earlier than the other Buick 3.8L's and no bellmouth.

Very regretful sale, this car has far better acceleration and bottom end torque than my 3.8L Ecotec VT. I am unsure of some of the mods that it had before I purchased it but I suspect it has a cam as it sounds very lumpy.

100% firm on the price, only selling so I don't have to drive 50km+ every time I want to work on my newer car, and don't want to be paying rego for 2 cars. If I could keep it I would but I looking for a house while staying at my brothers and cant keep it here. If I had another place already I would keep it forever as its a very nice car to drive and I have become very attached to it over the years I have owned it.

Bad Points:
Tear in drivers seat (have seat covers on them, don't notice or feel it)
Gages sometimes dont work and come good again (common for VN's, happens less than once a month)
Roof lining saggy, I got told $150 to fix at a local place but decided I would do it myself... Never happened.
Needs a flexplate, $20 at the wreckers or $120 new. Because of the flexplate it has a slight rattle when warming up but its fine to drive, I have been driving it 2+ years without problem, just a occasional faint rattle.
Front side windows tint not great, the rest is fine. All looks fine from outside.

Had a bad ECU when I first got it, fixed that and everything has been trouble free for 2+ years.

I have no doubt I can get more money for this but I need to sell it ASAP, if it doesnt sell with in the week I will put on on ebay starting at $1000 and on notice boards for $1200.

I wont hold it for anyone. I don't want to wait a week for someone to get the money then say they cant get it, unless you want to give me a non refundable deposit to ensure you dont change your mind and don't stuff me around.

I'll take more pics tomorrow after I give it a wash and a buff and take some interior pics too.

Gave it a quick polish, come up good but could still do with a cut and polish but it looks good enough as it is.

Getting lots of mail to come look at the car but no one has viewed it yet. 3 people didn't turn up and another 3 people have confirmed to view this week so far, first in best dressed as I wont hold it.

I put this ad up on Gumtree today and it will be going up on ebay and noticeboards during this week as I urgently need it gone.
