250kw engine? Are you sure? The early vz ss which is a 5.7ltr engine is 250kw.
I think you will find yours is 190kw. I may be wrong but yeah.
Or have you had engine work done to it?
Im interested in buying it
I have PM'ed the OP requesting justification on claimed power output.

Thanks,
Im seriously interested in this car. But would like to no how its 250kw?
Me too, what makes it so special (performance) if in fact from factory, to make it 250kw?
Keen to know![]()
Sorry for the late reply's down here at uni i have limited access to the internet, the car is 253kw (to be exact) at the engine not rwkw! My thread has not been updated for a long time, since then the car has had a mojor upgrade and thats cpr6 manifold and valve spings ect engine was re tuned at castle hill exhaust with a result of 221 rwhp. to get the kw at the engine you simply add the lost 15% to that 220 rwhp figure and it gives you your engine kw at the crank!
I will be home for the next week so if there is any futher confusion please dont hesitate to

HIGH PERFORMANCE VALVE SPRINGS
I have some bad news for you buddy.Your calculations are incorrect.
Your car is 253HP at the engine, not kw. And the other thing is that it's not going to be 253hp EXACTLY at the engine, because loss across the driveline varies and it not 15% exactly.
I have updated the thread title and cleaned out random comments.
Thanks,
I was interested in this car but couldnt figure out how he had gotten 250kw out of that engine with the mods that had been done. Early vz ss v8 made 250kw. Anyways thanks to the admin for clearing this up. Maybe you might want to change your listing on carpoint also buddy.
False advertising. Cheers.
With the mods he say's it has i think that a extra 63kw is possible prob more with someone that knows how to tune it good and prob revs past 6700
