Up for sale is my pride and joy, the amazingly beautiful 2003 Cosmo Purple VY series II S pack Commodore.
The car is mechanically A1, never had a major issue with it. I am the second owner, the first owner was an older couple that looked after the car as much as I do. Full service history is recorded in the log book + invoices for out of log book services. After the Holden log book services it has received a service every 5000-7000kms. The paint is a little rough, with a bit of touch up paint and a cut and polish it will come up looking new.
The car includes all factory extra’s that come with the S pack:
- Cruise control
- Sports body kit
- Tinted windows
- Power windows
- Sports Fe2 suspension
- Power mode
- Traction control
- Tow-Bar kit
- 3.8L V6 Ecotec engine
- 4-spd automatic transmission
The car is standard apart from the headunit, front speakers, fog lights and rims. The headunit is JVC, almost unlimited colour changes, works great with iPod, aux and CD options. The front speakers are Morel Tempo 6” splits, they are sound quality based speakers, and they manage to some crisp, clear and strong right up to high volumes. The Advanti Desire machined face rims look amazing on this car, the rear left has ~5% gutter rash damage and is barely noticeable unless you look closely, the front left has ~20% gutter rash damage, they cost ~$1800 new with tyres. Was going to buy a set of “rimskins” to cover up the gutter rash. Tyres have plenty of tread left on them. The callipers have been painted red and the drums have been painted black.
The foglights are not from factory, I installed them not long ago and they work perfectly.
The interior is the standard purple cloth material; all seats are in a good condition aside from a few minor marks that will come out with a detail. No rips or tears on any of the seats. Seat covers have been used on the front seats ever since I bought it.
The car looks a little dirty in the pictures, had to drive through a few dirt patches (just after I had washed it!) to get to where I took the pictures. The car will receive a service before the sale.
Car is registered until 12-05-2012. I can take more photos upon request. Viewings of the car can be organised. I retain the right to remove the car at anytime as it is listed on other sites.

Bump upwards. Just been reregistered for 3 more months. Will consider swap for a smaller, cheaper car + cash my way.
