OK,

First crack at selling my 'tin bride' .. would appreciate advice if my asking price is way off the mark.

Rego: expires end of JAN-07
Condition: Very Good
Colour: Silver
KMs: 285,000 (well, 284xxx)
Gearbox: 5-spd Manual (2005 rebuild)
Fuel: Petrol
Owners: 3 (and I've had it since '96)

16x7" Simmons B45 wheels w/Falken rubber, Extractors, 2" Exhaust w/3" tip, Central Locking/Keyless Entry, Alarm/Immobiliser, K-Mac Camber/Caster, Koni Shocks, Kenwood Stereo w/10-disc CD changer, Gearbox rebuild 2005, Spoiler, Momo Gear Knob.

I've had this car for about 10 years and it was my first. It was (is?) a 17 year old's dream! :-) It's been serviced regularly and I've never thrashed it.

The primary reason I'm selling it is that I haven't driven it in about 2 months because I now live so close to work I walk or ride my bike.

The other reason is that I can't store it securely and I'm sick of replacing smashed windows.

It's a 20 year old car, so there are cosmetic signs of wear (e.g. the typical VL paint deterioration on the roof), but in general, I've looked after it. There are a few cheap and easy jobs to do that would smarten it up immediately (e.g. paint the door frames black - they're still silver).

There are no significant mechanical problems to deal with and I'd be happy to go through the service logs with prospective buyers.
