Default FS/SWAP 1993 Holden VP Calais

    Hello,

Up for sale or swap is my 1993 V6 Automatic Holden VP Calais.

Car is currently unregistered and unroadworthy, I will do my best to describe what is needed to pass a roadworthy inspection, I purchased the car in June 2008, since then I have done a fair bit of work to the car.

    About the car:
    • Roughly 295,000 on the clock
    • VP Series 2 engine was rebuilt in 2007
    • Turbo 700 Transmission
    • Stage 2 Shift Kit
    • 2 1/2" Cat Back Exhaust all the way through
    • VS Cold Air Intake with K&N Panel Filter
    • Polished Intake Pipe
    • 8mm Top Gun Leads
    • Tinted Panel Indicators
    • Custom Flame Roof Lining
    • Debadged
    • 4x 15" Silver Interceptors
    • Pioneer Headunit, Sony Xplodes in the rear, Boss splits w/ tweeters in the front, 2 amps, subwoofer box with 2 12" Kenwoods
    • New Battery
    • New Windscreen
    • New Handbrake
    • New Dash Facia
    • New Switchblock
    • New Tail Lights
    • New Power Window Switches
    • New Rear Central Locking
    • New Door Seals
    • New Door Snibs
    • New Inhibitor Switch
    • New Steering Wheel
    • New Wiper Arms and blades
    • New Washer Bottle Pump
    • New Accelerator Peddle Rubber
    • New Electric Aerial
    • New Level 3 Dash Cluster
    • New Ashtray
    • New Center Console Mat
    • New Exhaust Rubbers
    • New Front Disc Rotors (not fitted)
    • New Front Brake Pads (not fitted)
    • New Rear Brake Pads (not fitted)
    • New Wheel Bearing (not fitted)
    • New Sway Bar Link Bushes (not fitted)
    • New Rear Roof Retainer

What's needed for a Roadworthy Certificate:
    • Speedometer not working (needs speed sensor)
    • Vehicle too low (cut springs)
    • Needs four tyres
    • Power Steering Pump leaking
    • Center Muffler Cracked
    • Rear main oil seal leaking
    • Castor bushes worn
    • Sway Bar Link bushes worn (have)
    • Front and Rear Brake Pads (have both)

There is a dint in the left hand side front quarter panel, a scratch on the right hand side rear quarter panel and some paint chips on the bonnet (see pictures), apart from that the car has a few scratches here and there, could do with a touch up as well as a cut and polish.

The car sounds tough inside and out, it shifts hard, the stereo is loud and the interior is completely original in very good condition. I had big plans for this car but at the moment I am in need of a registered car, with some money put into it, it can be a very nice six.

In terms of swaps I'm after a clean car that is registered, Holdens only please. I do not have a price in mind but am open to offers.

Please feel free to PM me with any questions, I'm more than happy to answer anything you need to know, I check the forum hourly and I reply asap. Also you can email me at effekts@hotmail.com with any questions.

    Thanks
